It is with great sadness that we regret to inform you that we will be cancelling the 2020 New Haven Fire Muster event. With the current state of COVID-19 and executive orders in place for the care and protection of our participants and staff we have made this hard decision.

We greatly appreciate your willingness to support our event through your participation and financial donation. As you know The New Haven Fire Muster is a 501c3 organization with proceeds of our event benefitting The Hoosier Burn Camp, Fort Wayne Firefighters Museum, & New Haven Adams Township Volunteer Fire Department.

We will be taking our plans from 2020 and work to make 2021 a bigger better event than we have had in years past. With respect to you our sponsors and participants we have as a board come together with the following requests and options for your monetary involvement from the 2020 Muster.

  1. We can issue a full refund to your organization
  2. We would be happy to donate from the total amounts we have received to the nonprofit organizations that benefit from the muster after accounting for any expenses that were put into the Muster.
  3. We would be happy to hold your place as a participant or sponsor for the 2021 Muster.
